Writing this in regards to the Razer community. I love the Razer phone but had bit of a problems. So I bought my first Razer at the local Windows store on Christmas Eve. The phone performed flawlessly, even more then I expected. But while playing Star Wars KOTOR. The phone just died on me, unintentionally used all the battery. (Was having too much fun.) So I quickly plugged the USB-C. But it wouldn't not charge. The light next to the front camera was red, reminded me of XBOX ring of death. Tried all bottom combo, for a response. Nothing. So I bought a new UBC-C, no luck. So I took it back to Windows Store, they tested the phone. No luck, so they exchanged for a new phone. Was so happy, walking out. Half way to my car, it wouldn't sync with T-Mobile network. So I remember, my SIM has a lock, I unlocked and no luck. Maybe I needed a new SIM. It's a phone fresh out of the box. Went to T-M, guy tested my SIM. The system said it only 2G was getting through the phone (no LTE or 3G). He told me, it's the same thing as having a FM radio that only gets AM. (It's was a very unpleasant Friday) So I went back to Windows, did a factory reset, maybe it would fix. Nothing worked. So I exchanged my 2hr old Razer for a newer one. This new one took 10sec to sync with T-Mobile SIM card.

Love the Razer phone. Hate 1gen tech. Can't wait for Gen 2 and future Gen.

RIP Christmas Eve phone and 2hr old phone

If nobody buys first gen products, they wouldn't make 2nd gen would they?

Ya. But it's based on Nextbit Robin. So I thought it shouldn't have so many First Gen problems. It seems more of a quality issue from everything I'm hearing.
