So I use a Deathadder Chroma and the other day I decided to come back to Team Fotress 2 (after I stopped playing it for 10 months). Everything was fine for the first 2 days, but now whenever I begin a match, my sensitivity goes out of whack. It's as if I've tripled my sensitivity and turned acceleration way up, but made it random. As an example, I might be walking forward, barely moving my mouse yet it's as though I'm looking around all over the place, if i try to do a 90 degree turn I'll end up spinning around and looking straight down or straight up. The weirdest thing about this is that it only happens when I'm in an actual game of tf2, if I return to the menu it's fine and when I'm just using my computer normally or playing a different game, everything is how it should be. This problem will sometimes go away randomly, but when I start up the game the next day, it's back. For the moment I use raw mouse input, however something feels unnatural about it. If anyone can help me solve this problem, or share their experiences that'd be great.

TL;DR: My sensitivity goes crazy when I'm in a game of tf2, but is completely fine outside a match. pls help

Only in Tf2? Maybe its something wrong in the Settings from the Game?

Try "m_rawinput 1" in the console after you launch the game. Then see if the problem still appears.

  4. I have this exact same problem, it's really frustrating when you are playing especially with a class like that of a sniper.
