I am a mac catalina user and three days ago I started my deathadder with a double click on the right side, check and they say that it is because of a failure in the razer app how true will it be? I know but the truth is it is annoying to have to buy a product and it comes defective for abc reason and especially for mac users, I have been in razer for 10 years with your products please do not disappoint me in this 2020 of terror

Check the mouse on some other device, but most probably it will be faulty microswitch.
It's fairly easy and cheap to replace it, but needs some soldering skills.

LOL? If I buy something at a price x, it is so that the product comes 10/10 not with a defective click, that is, I don't know if it is a matter of hardware or software but there must be a solution now, it is not just me, there is much more people and believe me it's tedious, because I don't play with the mouse I work and it really gets stressful to occupy it

If you don't know if it's hardware or software issue just test it on other computer. As an IT Pro I saw MANY things, that mouse/keyboard/other peripheral doesn't work on one PC, but does on another.
If you have 100% confidence, that your mouse is deffective, just RMA it, because you have warranty, right?
Indeed I tried it on Windows PC and exactly the same, it cannot be that in a month a mouse is spoiled, it had been 9 years with the DA 3.5 and 0 problem, what happened with the quality or was it just a 1 in 1 problem million
