  1. Hi,

A couple of weeks ago my razer mouse starter working strange. When I boot up the pc, the mouse lights sort of blink and the mouse does no track properly. If I disconnect and connect the mouse it works flawlessly.

Do you guys know how to fix this?

Have you tried a different usb slot and the usual update usb/mouse/synapse drivers?

I knows its a standard answer but its a starting point.

    Hey there,
Insider is not a support forum.
Please contact Razer Support. They will be able to help you.
  5. After I boot up and get to the desktop my mouse flashes 2-3times... during that time the mouse is almost unusable. Whyt is this? Is there a fix?

ima gonna go through the standard stuff aight

    - got the drivers installed?

    - got Synapse? also does it boot up when you start up assuming Windows?

    - you may have to many processes after you boot up (prolly this one, actually its this one, just has to be)

then if none of those work, I'd try everything I can possibly think of, then last case scenario, bottom of the canyon, I'd contact Razer Support to see if this can be fixed...

Why is the mouse flashing twice?
    1. USB gets recognized and checked for connectivity.
    2. Razer Synapse boots checks mouse connectivity.

    I assume.
  8. Maybe you're right... I guess it's just a part of the Synapse software. It's probably not a problem, but I just thought I would bring it to someones attention so I could get some added information. Thanks!

Hi @ntSovereign @Jowersman, have you tried a fresh install of Razer Synapse? If you have done so, could you try plugging your mouse into a different computer to check if the same issues occurs. If the problem still persists, could you kindly drop a message to our Razer Support Team so they can assist you with this issue.

I'll be locking this thread, if you require any further assistance, do feel free to contact me directly.
