DeathAdder don't connect to Mac OS Mojave

I just bought the mice today, and plugged it in to my Mac. I tried to download Razer Synapse, but the program is telling me that the mice is not connected.

Do you have any suggestions?

Which DeathAdder are you using, out of curiosity? And did you restart the computer after installing?

I'm going to go plug in my DeathAdder Elite and see if I have any issues connecting. Be right back.

Ok, here's what I've got. I'm on the latest version of Synapse for Mac OS, and my DeathAdder Elite is being recognised fine.

I AM on Mojave, but on 10.14.1, and I do see that there's an update available to 10.14.2. I wouldn't be able to guess if that's the issue for you.

I'm going to move this to Support for you, but in the meantime, I'd suggest uninstalling and re-installing Synapse and see how you go.
Hey! Thank you for fast response! I will try to re-install it, and see how it goes!
And I am using the Deathadder Essential, I haven't seen anywhere if its compatible or not.

Ah, the new one. That MIGHT only be compatible with Synapse 3 Beta, which means no customisation on Mac OS. Let me do some digging, and I'll get right back to you.

Shoot. According to this webpage, updated last month, the DeathAdder Essential is not listed as being supported in Synapse for Mac OS (version 1.85).

Is it possible to get some definitive clarification on this, @Razer.RedPanda ?
