Hi, my Deathadder Elite is randomly double clicking with the left button - I`m pressing the button once, but it registers a double click. I've tried reinstalling the driver and all the crapware coming with the mouse, but no luck. Most of the time the mouse is working properly, so it could be a software issue. Super annoying and disappointing to see this issue in a "top tier", 80 EUR mouse.
Does anyone know a way to fix this problem, or do I need to throw it in the garbage and get a logitech?

Hi @lyaskov! When did the issue start? What's your current Razer Synapse version? Does the issue happen when your Razer Deathadder Elite is connected to a different USB on your current PC or into a different PC without Razer Synapse installed? Have you tried logging out from your Razer Synapse and see if the issue persists? If it does, please uninstall and reinstall your Razer Synapse and use a dummy Razer Synapse account before logging in with your main account and observe.
Hi @Speedcr0ss thanks for your reply! I did perform all common troubleshooting steps, which I could think of - testing on a different USB port, on a different PC, reinstalling drivers, without Synapse etc.
Finally I followed the advice given by a dude on youtube, which was to clean the switch underneath the button. So I opened the mouse, then opened the left button switch and cleaned it using a needle and some cotton damped with alcohol. It looks like the problem was in the metal plate, which somehow got dirty and that intercepted the signal. (note it needed cleaning on both top and bottom side of the plate). I did that yesterday and so far I havent gotten any double clicks - so that worked for me. Hopefully this info can be helpful to someone else too.

Gotcha! It's good to know that you were able to get a resolution, however, this is not advisable as it can potentially damage your mouse plus it can void a warranty. Nonetheless, kudos for fixing it.
