DeathAdder v2 Acceleration/Deceleration & slowing down issues

Hello.

Today I received my new DeathAdder v2, to replace my DeathAdder Chroma which was having serious issues with the scroll wheel.

And for the last few hours, I have been having very aggravating problems with acceleration (or possibly deceleration) and constant slowing down of the sensitivity.

Since I haven't been able to find anything akin in these forum or Google after a good while of searching, I'm trying the forums and support.

Let me break down each issue.

1. Deceleration
The mouse slowers the sensitivity when moving fast, or maybe increases it when moving slow, I can't be sure.
The thing is, is no constant. I tested it easily multiple times by placing my mouse side-by-side with my keyboard, and the rapidly moving the cursor to almost the other side of the screen —I leave some margin to ensure the mouse doesn't move farther than the cursor can—. Then I slowly move the mouse to it's original position.
The result: When the cursor hit's again it's original starting point, there's still quiet a bit of space between the mouse and the keyboard (which started side-by-side). The amount of space varies —as would be expected from dynamic deceleration/acceleration— but it has been as large as around 5cms.
This have never happened to me with my two previous DeathAdders (original and Chroma).

2. Slowing down
When playing certain game, the mouse sensitivity starts to constantly slowing down without any indication of instruction to do so. Even tho Windows mouse panel or Synapse performance tab mouse don't show any change. And this occurs quite fast. Not even an hour has to pass for the sensitivity to be very noticeably and annoyingly slower.
Even when quitting the application, the actual sensitivity stays lowered. Changing it in Synapse later doesn't help either.
The only solution to it I found so far has been restart Windows. However, after cancellling a restart of Windows (after it closed some services, but not all), I found that it also restored the original sensitivity.
This clearly points to a software issue, but closing manually all Synapse/Razer application running does not restore the sensitivity, so I haven't been able to ascertain the culprit.

It's important to note, though, that this last issue did happen with my DeathAdder Chroma, in which case it was the Chroma service that caused the issue. Stopping it from running was then enough to prevent the issue for ever appearing again. That said, I couldn't find that same service now, so or it's embedded in another one, or this time is a different software causing the issue.

This is extremely frustrating, and makes me wish I had never acquiared another Razer mouse. If I can't rsolve the problem, I will have to return the device to buy another brand. I hope it doesn't come to that, since I really like the DeathAdder.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A few specs that may be relevant:
- Windows 7
- Fnatic Steelseries Mousepad
- Keyboard Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2016
- Synapse 2 and 3 installed. v2 is needed because for some unknown to me (and frankly ridiculous and flabbergasting) reason the BlackWidow isn't supported by v3.

Thanks to all in advance.
- Synapse 2 and 3 installed.

Update regarding issue 2.

The mouse starts slowing down even without opening any application. My PC was idle for about 20 minutes while I was doing other thing, and when I came back, the mouse is already really slow.
Also, I found that unplugging and re-plugging the mouse also resetted the speed problem.
