    Hi all,

I bought my first razor products the day before yesterday, a DS chroma keyboard and a Mamba TE mouse. Now.. the mouse works perfect, I love it.

I'm hoping someone can help me with a problem I encountered with the DS. I followed the instructions to install both products and they worked fine. The next day I booted up my computer and the mouse lights lit, but the keyboard didn't (it does work as I can enter my password). After I unplugged the keyboard and plugged it back in, it's lights also lit.. I have this every time with the DS. Now.. you can understand I don't want to do this every time!

Does anybody have the same problem/have a solution?

    Thanks in advance!

    Ricardo

Try reinstalling drivers or contact Razer Support.

I just did. Waiting for them to answer.

I'll try to reinstall synapse, thank you for your answer.

Do you have the Keyboard connected to a USB 3.0 slot?

Try to connect the Keyboard to a different USB-Slot if reinstalling Synapse doesnt help.
Like @QyuBurt mentioned, try to use a USB 2-Slot and not a USB 3.

    Why would that matter?

Depending on the buildin USB-Interface, the connectivity with usb-2 devices can vary and problems can occur.
There are a lot of cases where using a non-USB-3 port fixes the issues.
    Thats why this matter :)

Ok, so.. reinstalling synapse didn't work.

It's connected in a USB 2 I think(?, I dont know the difference sorry :$) in the back.
Switching USB ports didn't help either. Where my Mamba works fine on both USB ports in the back, the keyboard doesn't.

The weird part is that when I re-boot my computer, instead of shutting it down and booting up again, it works just fine.. so it only occurs on a fresh boot up!
