Hello,
I have an issue with my Deathstalker Chroma. It is not detected by Synapse 2. It worked very well by now, but since yesterday it is not detected anymore by Synapse and the most anoying thing is that the backligthning is not working.
I have other devices such as a Kraken Chroma 7.1 and a Naga Trinity, the two are detected by Synapse 2 and 3 and they are working very well.
I already try to uninstall/install Synapse 2, switch USB port, reinstall drivers ... nothing works.
Important thing to know, when I play Overtwatch the backligthning works with Chroma effects but the keyboard is still not detected by synapse. With Battlefield V for example, lights are off ...
Really nead your help.

Does your keyboard appear correctly in the Device Manager? Have you tried uninstalling Synapse 3 to test things out? In any case, please send me a PM so we can further troubleshoot.
