Didn't receive Razer surround pro key.


In the activation window it is stated that i can get an activation key by registering a product. I registered my Electra v2 but only received a confirmation on the mail, no code. Any help would be appreciated.

Same problem. i registered Razer Kraken and i didnt recived activation code ?!!
Same here, registered Electra v2 and no key 😞
same issue here. Electra v2 with no key. the website says surround 7.1 only works for the Kraken though. however on the box it says it should work for the Electra

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your Surround Sound concern on this thread. When did you register the device? Has anyone checked the code in the registered email's inbox/junk folder? Please provide me the email address associated with your Razer Synapse account so I can check its registration and verify the code via PM. I'll pick it up from there.
