Hey everyone, I own the Razer Blade Stealth touch screen with specs of

Intel core i7 - 7500U

2.7 GHz/3.5 GHz (base/turbo)

16GB LPDDR3 RAM

12.5inch 4K touch display (3,840 x 2,160)

512GB SSD

1 x USB 3.1 port
2 x USB 3 port
1 x HDMI

I am planning to buy 144hz monitor either Zowie Benq or Viewsonic as my external display.
How will I be able to get the refresh rate to 144hz? Is using HDMI cable enough or do I need DVI adaptor? Is the specs on this machine enough to output 144hz for playing a rythm game called osu! I usually get 106 fps on osu....

The blade stealth does not have a discrete gpu so its not recommended for playing games. You might be able to get playable framerates if you lower the resolution to 720p and set game graphic settings to medium or low.

for 144hz output to external screen you will want to get a TB3 to displayport adapter ideally. Not sure if the hdmi on the early blade stealth is 2.0 which can output 144hz to a 1080p screen.
But on my blade 15 RTX 1060 before I could output 144hz 1080p via hdmi
Simple. Plug the monitor into a Core with a good GPU and you are good to go.
