Do I return my Blade 15 to Razer or Amazon?

Hey,

So I've already reported my issue with my Razer Blade 15 Advance 2019, the laptop is overheating causing extreme GPU lag, in addition, my laptop monitor is overtaken with vertical lines on a white or red background for almost a minute at a time many times in the day. So, I contacted Razer a couple of times, and still awaiting RMA information. After reading a few online reviews and a couple of threads here, despite assurances by Razer last week it'll take no more than a couple of weeks to get my laptop back to me, I really don't want to be in a position where months later I am stuck with my old laptop. I am also quite put off at how long it's taking them just to provide me a returns label and if that's anything to go by, I am not overly optimistic.

I purchased the laptop through Amazon UK, who have quite promptly provided me a label to send off for repair, unlike Razer who haven't responded to any of my emails since Saturday nor provided any RMA.

Has anyone had experience with sending off repairs for Razer laptops to Amazon UK? Do you recommend waiting for a Razer RMA or just go straight to Amazon for a repair? What is the average return time for laptops via either method?
