I’ve seen alot of threads about this but no real fix, most of them are like 2 years old but the issue doesn’t seem to be fixed. Everytime i import a macro (xml file) nothing happens. Sometimes i see the new macro profile pop up for like a split second then its gone.If anyone has a solution to this feel free to share it
i can't regule audio in mixer so weird its happen today when i as usual open razer synapse and my sounds was lagging after this my mixer sounds from windows 11 stopped working. I pull the sliders, nothing changes, the sound comes on but at the same volume. even if I turn it to 0 there is still sound. also if I share the screen in discord. my friends say that the sound at the demonstration is very noisy, loud peorodic crackling sound. so i reinstall windows it didn't help. the only thing that helped me was to use the headphones directly not through the sound card, but why did I overpay $50 then? so please help me idk whats wrong with this. btw I hear everything the same as before.
Hello! I’ve been having a heck of a time tracking down issues I’m having with my RZ01-0440. EDIT: Goldarn it, the instant after I clicked Post, now no scrolling profile seems to apply correct, not even Custom. I can’t feel scroll steps hardly at all. This is horrible. Background:Mouse model: RZ01-0440 Mouse firmware version: 1.2.1.0 Synapse version: 3.9.331.32712 Central version: 7.15.0.675 OS: Windows 11 Business 23H2 I have several Synapse mouse profiles: Default, Shooter, etc. With Default, I set the Adaptive scrolling profile as the only one for that profile. I also use the Browser Detection to detect Firefox. With Shooter, I set the Distinct scrolling profile as the only one for that profile. It detects my shooter games (Halo, etc.)Problem:I’m finding that my scrolling profiles work (as in, get applied correctly) for maybe a week, and then they stop getting applied. Well, sort of. hey, after i updated my razor synapse 2.0 the app does not recognize my Deathstalker LC keyboard - all i can see when i open the app is this does somebody have any ideas how to fix this?
Over the past few months, I've encountered an issue with my Razer Kraken Kitty headset where it randomly disconnects for about 2-3 seconds, causing the audio to completely cutoff, then resumes as if nothing happened. This would happen irregularly, ranging from every 4-5 minutes to every 20 minutes. Initially, I suspected a problem with the USB connection, but when I tested this on my old laptop, it worked perfectly fine. I also found out that It would work better when I exited the synapse software entirely, but I would still occasionally experience some disconnections every couple of hours or so. So, I’d uninstall and reinstall the driver, which worked for a little while, but the popping would eventually come back again. I have a pretty beefy computer with plenty of space, so I was really confused about what the issue could possibly be. So, after months of uninstalling and reinstalling, repairing the driver, updating everything, cleaning my USB ports, and all kinds of troubleshooting
