I’ve recently got a Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed and I love it. The only problem there is is that if I let it stay idle for 30 seconds to a minute, it disconnects for a few seconds then it reconnects. (it never disconnected while actively moving and clicking it)
I actually think it is a Windows problem (something about suspending USBs) because i’ve plugged the dongle in a Mac and it didn’t exhibit this behaviour. Furthermore, I have an Xbox Wireless controller connected to an Asus BT 4.0 adapter, and it disconnects randomly as well.
The thing is I’ve tried disabling every power saving option there is (USB suspend in power plan settings, and unticked in device manager the “allow windows to turn off this device” option for every USB and HID device that i could) but the behaviour is the same. Also the “AMD USB3.1 eXtensible host controller” device does not have any power settings.
Has anybody experienced this behaviour? Any help would be much appreciated.

I have both Viper Ultimate and Basilisk Ultimate, with one usb connected I am ok, but with both usb connected I get intermittent drops, where the dock flashes and the mouse is unresponsive, last 20 seconds.
