The ear pads and upper part leather is broken. What to do?
Help please. I pressed a little hard and now I can't see the activation code and now I can't activate the Kraken x lite headphones
I am planning on washing my ear cups regularly. I took them off and noticed the foam pad that sits on top of the speakers are held to the frame using an adhesive ring. I was wondering if washing will damage the adhesive that is used to hold the foam pad to the frame. I am using a Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 model.

With the new addition of the headset, does it require a full purchase of said headset to get it to function on X series X, or Do i simply purchase the dongle? I already have the V2 pro (2023) would i need to buy a completely new headset?
My Tartarus Pro was working fine until a few days ago, then it started having trouble being recognized by Synapse, and Synapse wouldn’t open, so I updated it, then Synapse wouldn’t open even when I ran as administrator and so I switched to the new Synapse Beta and that started fine and recognized everything but the Tartarus Pro. I’ve tried multiple USB ports on my PC, restarting, and removing and reinstalling. The Tartarus Pro is using default settings, won’t be recognized and can’t be remapped, making it essentially useless. Products shouldn’t break less than 3 years after you buy them, and it was working fine before the update. Predetermined obsolescence is predatory. If I don’t get it working by the end of the week, that will be the end of my dedication to Razer products. I’ve been a loyal fan from the first Naga I bought, and it would be a shame to end this way...
Ive had my Orochi V2 Razor mouse for almost a year now. I use this mouse only with my Mac lap top and no other computer. It’s been fine until a couple of days ago when it would just keep on disconnecting every few minutes even when I am using it. I’ve already tried changing the batteries, so I know its not that.* I connected it using bluetoothpls help

I was trying to buy the THX Spatial Audio - Surround Sound Application, but my payment was cancelled. I used a promo-code for this purchase but in the end when the order was cancelled, the promo code stopped working too. How do i get the code back because i never acually used it? Thanks.
I ordered two custom mouse mats and only one arrived. The second one has shipped to a different country. After waiting and thinking that the shipping company would solve the issue, it is clear they won't be doing that any time soon. I've tried to reach razer customer support with all of their contact us links but ultimately it's just a loop that doesn't let you talk to anyone. Without even reaching out to a single person I already feel neglected by razer. If anyone can offer some advice or even a contact at razer that would be greatly appreciated.
Hi !Please help. I cannot update the firmware using firmware updater. After I run it, it asks me to insert a usb dongle, so I do. But then nothing happens, there is no error but the update stays at 0% and doesn't progress. . The mouse itself works on 2.4 and via bluetooth. Tried it on several computers (Win 11 and Win10, also tried running the updater as Administrator).
I recently purchased the Basilisk V3 Pro with the wireless charging station. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now. When I first got it, I had a hard time getting it to charge wirelessly but after unplugging the doc and reinserting the puck, it started to work. 2 days ago, it was to about 4% battery so I put it on the charger during my break and it charged up a bit. The dock lit up red and went up to about 10%. All good there. I finished my workday and put it back on the charger. Again, it lit up red like it was charging. I left it alone and when I went to use it today, the dock was cycling through the colors and the mouse is unresponsive. I have unplugged and replugged the dock, removed the charging puck, cleaned the pins, and put it back on the charger. Nothing. So I plugged it in via USB to my computer to try that. Again, nothing. I have also tried the reset with the left, right, and center buttons but it didn’t do anything either. I’m fairly confident its completely dead since it was
