Don't buy a Junglecat - Razer has no replacement cases


I bought a Junglecat and a Razer Phone 2 last holiday season, and had the unfortunate clumsiness to drop my phone while in the case (no, it doesn't remotely protect the phone but I guess that's what the Arctech is for) and one of the rails that the Junglecat controller slides down on shattered.

I contacted Razer support to try and purchase a replacement case as they're not listed for sale anywhere on Razer's site, only to be given a run around by support. They did the following:

1. Tell me they would cover a replacement (again, I only asked about where to purchase a replacement)
2. Then tell me 3 weeks later to literally "ask again in 3-4 weeks, we're busy"
3. Then 3 weeks later tell me they can't offer a replacement (never asked for one, again) and they informed me "Let me set your expectation that the spare part request is no longer available"

How in the world do you sell a $100 accessory on your website and have no replacement parts?

OH this is annoying. Can't you send it in? Maybe you can get an exchange model at a discount?
No, and even worse the Customer Support people just flat out lie to you in the emails. The latest one claimed that they don’t even sell the JungleCat anymore...despite that it is still listed as for sale and available on Razer’s store.
Yup, I can understand that. There are also some mods on the way that might be able to take your request and forward it to the support. I can't think of any right now. Who can link one of the mods here?
I have to say in general Razer Support has gone down. I wanted to get replacement silicon sleeves for the Hammerhead TW, Sent me a link to Hammerhead Accessories, but didn't have what I wanted. then they finally tell me the silicone sleeves are not sold separately. Then one of them died due to sweat from jogging. Took me over a month to get an approved RMA for my headphones.
I wish I could trade you... Same thing happened to me, broke my note 9 case and got the runaround from support.

Unfortunately, I modded my razer phone 2 case to fit a pixel 3a XL. I would happily trade my S10 case for a note 9 case if anyone has one.
