should i call there is literally no support people on this website

i have had many problems reaching you in the past as well. this is a new account but I've never been helped here before. i have had problems with other device and warranty's not once has anything been fixed or refunded.

not trying to be mean but when your 200$ + headphones stop working from a software problem after 4 months and not get my warranty its happened multiple times and i just lose money to bad for me i guess. i really enjoy your products just please hire more staff your a very profitable business and i should be able to get help.
