Double-click issue on Mamba Wireless

So, here goes again... I bought a new mouse for this issue on my previous mouse (deathadder).. After 6+ months of use, it started again on this newer mouse. Someone may think this is not a real/serious issue but I can't explain how much of frustration/anger this causes in gaming.... Items meant to save (rather than using it) or unwanted casting in the game 😞 I wouldn't spend extra $$$ if this wasn't for gaming.

I get the static/dust build up can cause this but then isn't this a manufacturer's design or HW issue? Can the support team please confirm this can't be fixed so I can trash this mouse and move on to another manufacturer's mouse for good?

I am having the same issue. My warranty just ended and I cannot handle this double clicking. Games are unplayable and work/dragging sheets around are impossible.

I would like an answer to this as well. I am tired of Razer's quality lately. I have supported this brand for more than 7 years and I am ready to switch.
Same issue! Any luck with tech support? I reached out about it and they refused to believe it was hardware had me uninstall and reinstall drivers, eventually they tried to lose me by telling me to restart my machine, nice try, I mentioned that that would end our chat session and they were like "oh yeah..." Like come on how dumb do you think I am?

Just want a refund.

Sorry for the mishap. Did the Support Team contact you after being disconnected from the chat session? Please send me the device's serial number or email address so I can check your contact history via PM. Let's continue our conversation there.
