Drivers not working

I bought the headset kraken kitty a year ago when I use to have a cheap computer and the drivers could work well, then I got a new computer and the drivers are still not working properly. I found people with the same exact problem, headset disconnecting from the computer, then connecting again and not letting me use the mic, and so all the time.
Is there a solution for this problem? I already updated drivers and still not working properly!!

What troubleshooting steps you've done from other threads? Try your headset on another computer. Should the problem persist, please PM me your device's serial number and purchase receipt so that I can validate the warranty status and look into RMA options.
