Hi all this isn't strictly about linux, but thought this would be the best place to ask. Currently I have a Razer Blade 13 (early 2020) with a single 500GB HD, including the original recovery partition. What I want to do is replace the internal HD for a 1TB drive... which I plan to split into 2 500GB partitions. I would plan to use the USB recovery stick from Razer to re-install the factory OS, but my concern is how the recovery program would deal with two partitions. Ideally what I'd like to do is run recovery on one partition and install a disk image of my current OS to the other so I end up with a dual boot system. (I don't know if other folks do this, but it's something I always did with previous machines - one OS for daily use and experimenting with new programs, the other kept "clean" for professional work). Would appreciate some advice from you linux folks who I'm presuming are most experienced with these sorts of things?
