Duplicate Audio outputs

After experiencing the audio crackle problem with Razer surround (legacy) I followed the steps found on /surround-legacy-crackling.60375/page-2 of uninstalling and reinstalling razer surround through device manager. I did it a few times and afterwards I noticed multiple (copies?) of razer surround audio. The only one that does play sound is Speakers (2-Razer Surround Audio Controller), still with the crackle, while the other ones output no audio. I uninstalled the copies but they just seem to be disabled rather than removed, It's been bugging me looking at multiples of them
