I think I have fixed mine they are working three days without problems, but, normal pc user can't do that because it's really tricky, cause you need to delete all drivers from system32 windows forder for razer electra v2 with admin privileges and uninstall them from device manager. That's one of the steps in post that will follow this, if you know how to do that, and if it helps to recognize your device, then you will need to follow the steps which I will post below.
They are working three days without problems, I tried all I could think of and finally they are working without problems.

Here are the steps to enable enhancements tab in sound device settings because I think that that helped me to solve the issues, also set those options in tabs for microphone of electra v2 usb, you will need to install razer electra normally with razer synapse and update everything if you didn't (check for updates also in synapse), if you did this skip this, then, uninstall razer electra v2 drivers from device manager, there are three drivers, two in audio inputs and outputs and one in sound video and game controllers, uninstall them from top to bottom as seen on mine first picture, delete all files from system32/DriverStore where electrav2 is mentioned with admin privileges, then unplug the headphones and plug them back in, the windows drivers for razer electra v2 will be installed and enhancement tab will be enabled and here the PC should recognize your device. You can also reinstall the driver for USB Hub in device manager and install the one that is in your PC there is an option for that in wizard, but when I did that it didn't help. So, enabling all enhancements helped me to solve disconnecting issues putting the mic and headphones on radio quality, unchecking Allow applications to take exclusive control, in mic and headphones settings, enabling windows sonic for headphones, and disabling USB selective suspend in power options plans. And also update your firmware of headset again in the end. Set all those settings below from pictures and tell me if it helped. Good luck.
here are the pictures, I hope they are showing now
also I have went to services and set every razer service when it shuts down to automatically restart
Today I played four hours and then it was a high pitch noise in a game like bullets clicking in a gun, they stopped working for a millisecond I was worried that this won't work but then they started working again, it was a millisecond of no sounds I think, so the combination of all these steps fixed this problem, I saw that a lot of customers had this problem, I hope razer sees this and solves it by themselves in future driver update or they should not touch anything anymore. I wrote here because they have always replayed me and they have been always polite. They will need improving in software too, maybe we could bind different chroma effect to different mouse profiles for a change and for a reward if this problem gets solved at last. Cheers. And also, I have lost the ability to turn on and off 7.1 surround in synapse, but maybe you should hold to old programming rule, if it works don't touch it. I hope this helps to all.

You've done well! Thanks for sharing your workaround. Feel free to send any Razer Insider mods a PM should you need assistance. I'll be locking this thread as resolved. Cheers.
