Electra V2 error - sound stops working

Hello,

Recently I bought brand new elevtra v2 headset USB version. Everything is cool, happy with the quality and so on, but randomly the sound stops working. It is not disconnectig because the system (or game) still shows the headset in the settings, although it is not working. The only way is to disconnect the usb and connect it again. I couldn't find any fix in the internet, I was trying also to operate only on stero setting (surround off). I've got synapse installed. It is super annoying when you play competetive games like CS:GO. If any could help, that would be great.

Hi there, @qubris! Is this happening on different games? Also, have you tried plugging it to a different USB slot or another computer to isolate the issue?

Yes, I’ve tried every usb slot in my PC, the problem appeared when plugged to each of them. The timing is always random, sometimes it’s working for an hour, sometimes for like 5 minutes. I could only try it on my MacBook - there was no problem at all, worked without an issue, but, of course it’s different operating system, although it’s not hardware problem.

The problem exists when playing other games - even system sounds are not working, like YouTube in browser and so on

Hi! I have the same issue. Headphones just stop emitting sound, but the Razer logo is still on and glowing. Also, sometimes after a restart of the PC, Windows aren't detecting the headset at all until I replug them. I tried 3 USB ports, same issue. Can you help me?
Same problem here.
New Headset ( Electra V2) 5 days old.


Wrote with the Support and they recomend to send it back and get a new one.
