Electra V2 Microphone not working.

So I have this Electra v2, that's 2 months old, the mic used to work well, but every time I switch my pc on, I had to pull the plug out and put it back in to reconnect the mic. now it doesn't even work. I tried every combination, and it doesn't work. Is there any way I can get the device replaced? It is still under warranty. the headphones work perfectly fine, it's the mic.
