Electra V2 USB not activating

Hello! My Razer Electra V2 USB does not want to start up when plugged into my PC. It doesn't show a notification that it has been plugged in, it does not light up nor does sound come through it. I've tried with both versions of Razer synapse and it does not show up there either. It's not a USB port issue either cause other USB devices work in them.
I should add that the headset worked fine until a few days ago, but all of a sudden while looking at youtube it stopped sending sound and no light came from it. It also stopped showing up in Razer synapse.
This headset "works" with an older Macbook AIR but the sound is like a robot.
I have had issues before where the headset has just shut off from nowhere. This was resolved with a simple plug out, plug in or system restart. The mic has been sending roboty sounds too all of a sudden sometime, resolution has been same as with the sound.

I have troubleshooted the best I can because this is my only headset at the moment and it was just recently bought. I have not dropped it hard in any place or time and taken care of the headset (compared with my other devices I use).

I still have the warranty saved to my account but can't find the receipt so that's why I'm writhing in this forum today.

I have updated firmware and it still does not work or show up in settings.

Update

After installing firmware and plugging in and out the headset it started lighting up but still does not show up in windows 10 audio settings.

Hi there! Was this working well before? When did the issue start? Does the same thing happen if you use the headset with another PC? Let me know.

Hello! Like I said I have had problems where it shut off from nowhere, this issue kept on going but I found a temporary solution but now after trouble shooting nothing seems to work at all. It does not work on other PCs and seems to have problems with the USB insert. The issue started about 2 days before I made this thread.

Thanks for the reply. What is the Electra recognized as by your PC? Can you share a screenshot of your device manager list?
