Error with product code

    Hi,

    I bought a razer keyboard and I registered the product everything went well. I also have a Razer mouse and i registered, but this one is showing me an error " Error:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:roduct Number Is Invalid".

    I dont know if someone already took the ID and used it, but i am looking for answers. Or did i register the product wrong? but i dont think so because how can one product go and the other one gives me an error.

    Keyboard: Blackwidow v2
    Mouse: Razer Mamba elite

    it happened to me before, but after a few hours later i tried again and i managed to register the product successfully.

    Hi there, @Remanuel94! Allow me to assist you with this. Can you take a picture of the serial number and product number of your Razer BlackWidow V2 and Mamba Elite on the box itself? Send it through PM and let's continue from there. Make sure also to include the link of this thread.
