Errored Order, but payment still pending?

Hi,

On the 2nd December I attempted to order a Razer Blade 17 Pro laptop, and when I went to submit the order I received an error message (I can't remember exactly what it said, only that it said the order could not be completed). Naturally, I assumed that I wouldn't be charged (Via PayPal), however I received an email from PayPal immediately saying that the payment is pending. I have checked through my payment and order history on my Razer account and nothing is showing there.

I'm now stuck in limbo because of this, unsure if the order was completed but is just not showing up due to the payment not being processed, or whether to just cancel the payment via PayPal and just try again.

This is extremely frustrating as I contacted Razer support the moment it happened (around 6pm GMT on the 2nd of December), and have still had no response. Due to the nature of my job, a powerful laptop is necessary, and my PC provided by the company I work for is painfully slow.

This whole experience has really put me off Razer, which is a shame because of the amount of products of theirs I have purchased and used in the past.

If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate your help.

On Friday 6th December I ordered a Razer Blade studio edition - payed via paypal and the payment is now pending. The website from razer returned an error and I contacted support - in fact I have tried to contact support three times over the last 5 days and got two case numbers but absolutely no response. Despite it saying the will respond in 24 hours. I need this new computer for work and cannot halt the pay pal payment to try again until raer respond to the paypal transfer. I received no order number from razer so am now in limbo.

Does anybody have any idea how to get customer services to respond - this is awfulcustomer service
Just to add to my comment from yesterday - still no response from Razer after 6 days - absolutely useless customer support. I would recommend everybody to not buy from this company they are useless
