I just want to first point out that I've supported the Razer brand for quite some time now and own many of their products. A couple years ago I decided I needed a new phone and went with a Razer Phone 2 . I bought it at Best Buy and with it I opted for the protection they offered which allowed me to replace the phone for free (after paying for the service to begin with, mind you) 2 timesfor any reason, my fault or not. Well yep I sure did have to replace it both times because both times even with the pristine condition I kept the phone in, my type c jack just mysteriously failed to work. Both times it started out slowly getting worse and worse until finally it failed completely to work. That meant no more charging the phone with quick charge, no more using the dongle with my headphones to listen to music the way I wanted to and more importantly be able to play my mobile games without lag in the audio which is critical in a game like PUBG which I used to love to play but cannot now. My gripe is that I should have never had to use either of my returns but because of what has been proven as faulty on razers part, being the type c port, I was forced to do so prematurely. The kicker is now having to write this in here because I can't even get a support agent to talk to as they are telling me my warranty and thus support from them is expired. Wow. So my ability to even talk normally to an agent requires an active warranty? What's even more awesome is the lack of updates for the phones OS and how it's been 6 months since the last one was released. So I'm guessing razer has just given up totally on Razer Phone 2 but the real issue I have is the 1st one mentioned. Believe me I will definitely speak to someone from the company because you can't just treat customers this way and there's a multitude of evidence I've gathered showing the phones was faulty in more areas than the one I mentioned. Luckily I didn't have those other issues but I think the one I have is about as bad as it gets and certainly doesn't deliver the functionality promised by razer and their advertising. I'd love for someone to please contact me so we can talk about this in a normal fashion. Thanks
