"Failed to reload" Message (Repost)

Hello.
I try to reload my "Razer" wallet, but after constantly choosing a payment method and successfully passing 2-step authentication, I get a "Failed to reload" message.
After many, many attempts, I can barely do 1 to 2 recharges, then it fails again, no matter if the method is VISA, MASTERCARD, RIXTY PIN, RAZER GOLD PIN, PAYPAL, etc.

THE PROBLEM IS NOT WITH THE BANK OR WITH THE CARD. Since it does not even load the following window where the card data is added.

Regardless of the payment method I choose, the error is very serious, I checked with other friends to see if they had the same problem, and they said yes, and I tried a new Razer account. But the problem still exists.

And someone deleted my previous post, it was about 8 hours ago.

Thank you very much, I hope it will be fixed soon, since I used to make purchases of more than 50 dollars a day and this is a disservice. Have a great day
