Failed to reload

    I want to purchase Razer Gold with Mastercard but every time I enter the OTP for 2-step authentication it says "Failed to reload" or "Thank you for using Razer Gold! The reload transaction has failed. Please try another payment method."
    I sent the ticket with this text and I got this response:
    "Destek talebiniz 210212-001252 güncellendi. Yorum eklemek isterseniz bu maile dönüş yapın.

    Saygılarımızla
    Razer Gold & Silver Müşteri Destek Takımı

    Razer üyeliğinizi koruyun. Biz hiç bir sebep ile size şifrenizi sormayız."

    same here, trying to reload from morning till evening but still not fixed, well maybe they don't want my money :)

    Couldn’t reload either ! I’ve tried 5 times with PayPal !

    Same situation on my end. I've tried for some time to reload the page and try again, but all in vain.

    I have reloaded 10 USD with visa debit card I enter the OTP for 2-step authentication it says "Failed to reload" The reload transaction has failed. But they already charged my BDT for 10 usd now what can i do please anyone help me

    I have reloaded 25 USD with visa debit card I enter the OTP for 2-step authentication it says "Failed to reload" The reload transaction has failed. But they already charged my card for 25 usd now what can i do please anyone help me

  14. I am having same problem.. I've tried with PayPal via my card.. then PayPal via PayPal balance... lastly my actual visa card. I contacted PayPal and my bank and both say that the merchant has been flagged as fraudulent and they are stopping the payments for my safety. PayPal and my banks Fraud teams are unable to removed the restriction apparently. they both say to contact the merchant ( Razer)..My bank specifically said that there were known payment issues with is merchant.. so it seems Razor has been getting charge backs from people not receiving their gold at the time of purchase.. I seen a post were a guy was threatening legal action over 300+ gold missing from his account or something like that ..
