I keep getting the message "Failed to reload" whenever I try to reload my Razer Gold wallet.
I managed to get one transaction through today but like 99.9% of the reload attempts fail with that message, I don't even get to enter my credit card details.
I used Paypal as well. Paypal seems to process the transaction just fine, but when it gets back to Razer Gold, it fails - the transaction from Paypal then gets reversed. However this still doesn't solve the issue that I can't actually reload my wallet reliably.

I have opened multiple tickets with support on the website but they just recommend clearing cookies and trying different browser. The problem still persists.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem or is there something I am missing?

Do you mind sending me your previous support tickets along with the email address linked to the Razer ID you are using for these transactions? I can try to use those to check if this has something to do with your account/limit.
