Fast-User Switching

From the FAQ:
"When I use fast-user switching to change between Windows accounts, the configuration of my Razer product is no longer active.
This is a general problem with fast-user switching. The configuration of the product is unique and set for the logged-in user; once you switch users you will have to re-configure the product. There is no other workaround at this time."

This implies to me that the cursor still moves on the screen. The problem I'm having is that the mouse stops functioning altogether. The only solution I have found is to unplug, then replug, the mouse in it's USB port every time my wife and I switch Windows user accounts.

Is this a common issue, and is there a settings fix?

Hey there! Thanks for posting this to our Support thread. This is not normal behavior. We don't normally get this feedback. By the way, are you using the same Razer Synapse account when switching to another Windows user account? Also, are both accounts have admin privilege?
I am using the same Synapse account on both Windows profiles, but only one Windows profile has admin privilege. Also, I forgot to mention this yesterday, but there was another question in the FAQ about USB Roots, which I followed with no change.
