FAULTY REPAIR WORK! / Razer Blade 15 Advanced

I had my Blade 15 Advanced model's screen replaced back in 2019. Right after it came back, I noticed that my laptop's lid is slightly shifted to the top right corner and doesn't align with the keyboard part when lid is closed. And also the plastic part at the rear end of display is missing. But since Razer's repair took like MONTHS, I thought I couldn't afford my laptop being gone for another month and just lived with it. Soon later I started using another laptop as my main laptop so I didn't use this laptop for 2 years. But recently I returned to using this laptop and now these issue bugs me all the time. And also I noticed that exposed ribbon cable that connects motherboard and display is starting to tear. I think this is caused by the misalignment of the keyboard and display putting force to the cable in wrong direction. It looks like getting worse every day and I'm worried that someday it will just cut off completely. This laptop's warranty is expired but since it's result of their faulty repair, I think that I have the right to get the unit replaced or at least have these fixed. Is there any way I can contact Razer and tell them all this? My Razer support page just says "Your product is no longer covered" and doesn't let me contact them. And I had to repost this because it has been ignored somehow?
