I have a one year old Razer Orochi V2. Since last month, I have intermittently lost connction with the mouse. After turning it off for a few hours , it is working again. It is not caused by my computer as when it happened, I rebooted the computer but still not working. I thought of claiming warranty but it seems so difficult to do so. I cannot find a site to do so ti submit a request. Can someone kindly advice? Thank you.

I recently purchased the Razer Basilisk v3 Pro and the Mouse Dock Pro. I'm having issues with the dock when booting into Windows the dock stops working my mouse is not detected even if I turn off the mouse and on again. The only way I can make the dock work is to unplug the dock and plug it back in. I have to do this every time I boot my PC. I also get the issue when my PC goes to sleep. When waking the PC I get the same problem. I have updated the firmware of the mouse and dock. But, this has no effect. I have also repaired Synapse and have done a clean install. Does anyone else have this issue on Windows 11?
Hi, I bought the razer stream controller to make me easy stream and editing video and photo but doesn't work well.I updated the firmware and use the last software of louoedeck but in device manager of Windows indicate that the stream controller don't have driversCan I download separate?How can fix the issue? I'm disappointed and in my country (Argentina) it's very expensive buy an device like that.Thanks Martín
So I got my razer kraken v3 pros off amazon renewed excellent in January and I just found out the bit the top of the left ear piece is cracked and was wondering if you could help
I have a BlackShark V2 SE that has been great up until Synapse updated today. After the update, the audio is noticeably quieter even with the same EQ settings. Additionally, trying to change the volume of Windows apps using Windows’ own audio mixer or a third-party mixer like EarTrumpet doesn’t work. I can move the slider up and down but the volume doesn’t change, except when it gets to zero, then it gets muted. I have Discord set up to attenuate sound when I or someone else speaks, which also doesn’t work as it relies on setting app volumes to do that.The only way I’ve been able to fix this is by disabling Audio Enhancements in Windows settings for the headset. With it disabled, I can once again control app volume and Discord’s attenuation feature works. However, I don’t get the benefits of any of the Synapse EQ settings or other features.I have tried the following:uninstalling Synapse uninstalling the device from Device Manager installing all Windows Updates updating all audio

Does this headset save eq settings to the headset or do I have to be running synapse?

Hi, new here, just started using razer products, I just bought a razer barracuda X headset, with wireless and bluetooth support. I'm using it for PC with the wireless dongle. All is well, but when I turn on my pc or restart windows and power up the headset, it just won't connect, tries the wireless and then the bluetooth pairing. The only thing I need to do is just unplug and replug the dongle; it's not that much of a deal, but is this supose to happen do I need a driver or software for fixing this? My windows version si 10 19045.2364 build. Does anyone have a solution for this, would be much appreciated! Thank you and have a good day!
I won a free product and it won't even ship. It just stays stuck in the received status. Thank God I didn't actually pay for this because this forum seemingly run by customers is the only outlet for getting help. No email, no phone number, no chat. Just a bunch of completely useless FAQ and this place. I'm simply amazed that Razer is even still around with no one helping. It's like buying something from a homeless guy on a corner and hoping for the best. I don't even want the product anymore. You should know you have such a major problem with no infrastructure though. I hope you get your act together in the very near future or you won't have any customers to rely on anymore.
Previously in Synapse 3 I could configure Mystic Light sync and then set Mystic Light to use Synapse to set colours.In Razer Chroma Beta under “Connect” Mystic Light appears as an option, but setting it doesn’t appear to do anything - the “Razer” option in the MSI Dragon Center Mystic Light module no longer appears and the lighting does not change to match Chroma Studio.The Mystic Light icon appears with my other peripherals in Chroma Studio, but does not seem to interact properly - selecting it does not allow an effect to be applied.
Help. I bought kraken v3 headphones today and my volume wheel does not work, I connected it to ps 5
I bought the headset today and it’s a really great product I love it however the volume wheel doesn’t seem to work. It doesn’t adjust anything I have it on a ps4. Does it only work on pc?
