I just switched my whole hardware environment (Mouse, Keyboard, Headset) from Logitech to Razer because my Logi Equip was kind of old and the current models of Logi-Hardware are kind of unsatisfying to me. I am very satisfied by the Hardware I got (Razer Naga Trinity, Razer Blackwidow Elite and Razer Nari) - It's the software which is unsatisfying to me. I'm driving the synapse 3 Beta (3.5.331.31916).
From a cold System startup it takes about 36sec (!) until Synapse is ready to use.
Im running the following hardware:
Intel Core i5-3550 (3,3GHz)
8 Giga RAM (DDR3 1333)
1TB Samsung 860 Evo SSD
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Yup, I know, thats pretty old hardware but since I don't like most of the current games (except Anno 1800) I don't need to upgrade my PC.
But the Synapse Startup Performance has to be improved rapidly.
Ah, and you may want to get rid of that Splash Screen on Startup? Or simply give us the option to disable it. It really disturbs when you're already using your PC because everything is ready and then, out of context, there is that splash screen in front of everything because Synapse takes it's time with starting.

Yeah, that's normal. I have the screen for a few seconds, then it takes a few seconds until Visualizer is started. But then I usually have the fact that he can not load it. Then I have to open Synapse and turn on and off 3-4 x Visualizer. Yes Synapse is unfortunately very faulty.
It takes a few minutes on my system. Steam and Synapse seem to be in a race for longest startup launch time. Razer usually loses.
