Fingerprint security not available - razer phone 2

Hi,

One morning suddenly my phone would not unlock. Checked and the fingerprint security option was gone. I've tried every reset except factory reset at first. After a week or so, every time I would open a video the whole phone would freeze. After that issue I put my phone back to factory settings TWICE. The videos are fine now but still no fingerprint sensor option.

Plz advice ?

you're not the only one having this issue, there's no fix for it currently from what i know.

our only hope is that they roll out a patch that will fix the fingerprint sensor disappearing there are a lot of people that this happens to recently

I did contact the support team. They told me to contact my seller because I live in europe they can't help me. Here in Europe they can't help me either so im screwed both ways lol.

Issue started a couple months ago not sure exactly when.

Thanks for letting me know. Our Support Team did refer you to our reseller so they can provide you with a solution or replacement as it will be the fastest route to get one. Your reseller can give you a minimum 2-year guarantee. It is a legal guarantee valid for a period of two years throughout the EU. By the way, have you contacted them?
