Firefly Hyperflux lights off (except power) after Synapse 3 signs in

I just got the Mamba + Firefly Hyperflux bundle and suddenly the RGB lights on the Firefly mat turned off with the exception of the power led after Synapse 3 starts and signs in.

Mamba mouse still works fine and configurable through Synapse, the issue only affects Firefly mouse mat.
Whenever I close or sign out from Synapse, lights get back to normal under the Spectrum cycling mode which I believe to be the default, but as soon as Synapse signs in into any account (doesn't need to be mine, as I created an alternative one for testing), the mat lights immediately turn off which makes me believe it's definitely software and not hardware.

My thought is that somehow the brightness only on the mat got stuck as disabled but the option for enabling only seems to affect the mamba mouse now.

I have noticed that this behaviour started after playing around with the audio visualiser chroma app, but even after deleting it and starting a new profile or just leave everything as a solid color, it doesn't make a difference.

I also tried also reinstalling Synapse 3 without luck. Perhaps there's something being stored at the registry?

Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Thanks

Same issue I have reported this as a bug and I have fully uninstalled all drivers and software. It happens every time synapse 3 starts its definitely a software bug. Have to wait for the team to respond that they understand the issues and its a bug they will fix in a patch. Really all we can do is wait.
