I have a Razer Mamba 16000 i bought a few years ago, i have a problem with installing the firmware for the mouse and the lights wont light up in wireles mode, both the dock and the mouse have no lights but the mouse works fine and when i try to install the firmware it won't recognize the mouse in wireless mode or wired mode. When i charge the mouse on the dock the charging lights turn on fine but when i remove the mouse it turns off. I've tried different USB ports, turning off the mouse and turning it on again and reinstalling synapse but nothing works. picture of the firmware problem down below:
