FIXED: Unable to earn zSilver.

    Most probably it's down... That upgrade message looks like a timeout error or something. Their Twitter handle has made an official statement regarding this issue. Will keep you guys posted on further developments...

    Well yesterday, I've received error message, no points. Now pop up message with points, but nothing counts in rewards. I hope it'll work tommorow :frown_:

    Yeah. I also received error message yesterday, so I make only 300 points :/ Today I am not receiving any points. Today and yesterday my game was/is Fortnite.

    I didn't have any issues yesterday, but today I got an error after I played Battlerite. No points earned. After that, I played a game of Dota 2, earned 45 points. Since then I haven't earned a single point in both games... :frown_:

    They should have warned about it. I just uninstalled and installed Razer Cortex.

    OMG i just logged out. i was afraid i would not get daily reward but it seems that now i wont be getting it

    It might be back up before the day is out. Like Razer said, they have people working on the issue looking for a fix. If not, you can contact support and they normally compensate you for the missed daily reward stuff (at least they did when the system went down for a day or so a few months ago).
    I think that the bug was unexpected, since Support did tweet that they are looking into the issue and such. They may have been doing maintenance that went wrong along the way, or the site just assumed that it was maintenance instead of an server issue.

    They really did that?? Damn. Anyway, let's hope it's fixed by tomorrow... Don't wanna miss the double cap weekend!

    I agree on the bug story. These kind of things pop up unexpectedly and can be very difficult to deal with.

    Yeah, They did, I don't know if they still would though since many more people use the system now and it would be hard for them to keep up with everything. Same thing with the old Razer Arena when it had issues, and I think they did refund stuff for the Paid to Play system way back when it was first launched and it had several issues with the first influx of users.

    i really hope this aid. someone has hacked my profile and delete it. i have lost all zsilver and zgold... hope they will restore some backup.

    Now in Cortex and Central my Avatar doesn't show, and none of the tabs load right.
    Hope they clear this up asap. Thanks for the info.

    Missing last 2 days of 900x2 zSilver :slightly_sad:... Damn wanted the Rogue backbag before I go on a 2 month holiday :D.

    I'm more curious to see though if some updates are coming with the downtime.

    Me too, I hope they add the 15.6" Rogue backpack and the new Cynosa Chroma Pro to the list.

    the 15.6" was in november, I had the zSilver to get it, but thought ill wait December refresh (effing idiot I am), and now they removed it and added the 13 and 17 versions (I want the 17" version alot more, but wont have a chance to earn enough zSilver before my holiday) :slightly_sad:.

    According to Razer, All Razer ID Services have been restored
    Proof:

    Never went to try to see if it is working again, the ZVault issue might be separate.
