Fixing game linking issue with Synapse 3

Recently, I've had an issue linking certain executable(.exe) programs to profiles to my Naga mouse. Whenever, I browse to the .exe on my system and select it to link to a profile, nothing would happen. There were no error message. Synapse3 would just refuse to acknowledge to .exe.

I've tried clean reinstalling, deleting profile, restarting, and other common solutions to no avail.

Problem:
After A LOT of testing, it turns out the Synapse 3 probably has a character limit on the path to an .exe. This means that if a path is too long, Synapse will not link the .exe to a profile. It won't throw an error or anything. It will just refuse to acknowledge an .exe

Solution:
Reduce the number of characters in the path to the executable.
For example:
if this is the path thats too long:
"C:\\Program Files\\Genshin Impact\\Genshin Impact Game\\GenshinImpact.exe"
you can change names of folders in the path to a shorter name to reduce characters in the path:
"C:\\Program Files\\GenIm\\GIG\\GenshinImpact.exe"
This will solve the problem. After Synapse links the .exe to a profile, you can rename the folders back to its original names.

I hope this helps anyone else that may have this issue. Hopefully Razer will also update it so that there'll be a much longer max path length or at least throw an error.

It works to add the game in the list, only.
The moment you revert back to the real path \\Genshin Impact\\Genshin Impact Game\\GenshinImpact.exe, Razer Synapse detects it's Genshin Impact and reverts the settings back to detecting \\Genshin Impact\\launcher.exe for me.
When I start the launcher it does switch but not in-game...
My solution is to copy the GenshinImpact.exe executable to another folder with a shorter path like C:\\Program Files\\Genshin Impact\\ folder.
Keep the original exe where it is and somehow now it is detecting the correct profile while in-game.
