FN keys for f8 to f11 help

Hi everyone,

I recently got a RBS and found a thread that helped me change my fn keys for multimedia here, and I wanted to know if anybody knew how to change the F8 thru F11 fn key settings to just press them and not have to press the fn key.

I assume you want to set multimedia keys on fx keys. The best will be go to synapse click on device then click on key and set keybind to difrent function.

Thanks for a response. But the thing is I am not sure how to set up the F8-F11 functions because with the multimedia keys, its just pause, skip, previous, and volume capabilities when selecting multimedia.

The ones I was curious about was the screen brightness and keyboard backlight brightness key settings.

I also want to do the same thing, and haven't been able to find a way to do it. I don't think the FN key can be recorded in a macro and I haven't found keyboard brightness, etc. as their own functions to remap (like what you can do for multimedia keys). It's strange because I feel like this is a fairly straightforward thing to want to do.

I think its just how it is with Razer.

However, I did find that using the Fn key and pressing the up, down, left, or right arrows make it like a page up/down and home/end buttons.

The only way you can do this is like i write above change keybind in keybord or like @Pkittles sad but marco only record press/action key and make combo to auto the proces you want to make. You can try also go manual to windows settings and try to change settings there.
