which do you think is more fun ?? lets not compare graphics and island size
PUBG is way better to me, but it's just personal preference.
It's about 50/50 what game people like better, the main current thread is here:
Fortnite for what it’s worth feels more energized and IMO has a lower barrier to entry.
I think fornite is more fun because of the building part
I think fortnite is more funny to play with friends, alone is boring. Instead, I play PUBG a lot when i'm alone
Fortnite is fun: I really like the building part in it, but I hate sniping. I never tried PUBG so I really don't know if I would like playing it, but vehicles seem very cool.
Fortnite = Mindless Fun / Pick up and shoot Fun
PUBG = Tactical Fun / Competitively serious Fun
Both are fun in unique ways as it caters different types of players.
Let's appreciate both and not argue that which is better than the other.
I mean, both are okay, but really, fortnite doesn't go well with an i5 core processor.
Fortnite>PUBG due to building
I prefer PUBG because of the intense firefights you can get into over a single air drop.
There's certainly an argument for fortnite as it's far more polished than PUBG.
I haven't played either of them, but I heard that PUBG is having a lot of issues with hackers. Is this still true?
I think the reason why Fortnite Battle Royal has picked up so much over PUBG is because there are so many people hacking in PUBG. The thing is, they know the country where the majority of the hackers are situated, but they are doing little about it.
So in order to have a better gaming experience on a similar game, they go to Fortnite...
If PUBG actually sorted their hacker issues, they might see a massive swing in player-base again.
I have an i5 with 4 cores and 3.4Ghrtz, runs the game smoothly, it depends on the model of the i5, the cores and the hrtz. I think your problem is the gpu or the RAM.
I like PUBG WAY more than Fortnite. I hate the way the guns in Fortnite work.
Dunno what you mean by polished. No vehicles, no ads, third person only? Its missing alot of features that are used in alot of battle royale modes. Randomised bullet patterns as well?
Pubg is pretty optimized now, i am always above 100 fps, even in large cities. I prefer pubg because of the tactical feel of the game, I've done fortnite and i have like a 2.5kd, but the game just isnt fun.
PUBG Is better
Fortnite for me, but they're on par with each other. Fortnite being free is a huge advantage as far as player base size.
I've still never seen a hacker or had any lag in PUBG. And I'd much rather pay $30 than constantly be bombarded with microtransactions like in free to play games. At this point the games are so different it's hard to compare them, Fortnite is a gimmicky arcade without any competition, it's just Team Fortress 2 with 1 life. There's even noob weapons like rocket launchers. But they're both popular games so it's just what style you prefer!
I'm into Fortnite right now, cause a lot of my friends play it and it's fun doing so. Most people that are in the survival type of games, naturally play Fortnite because it's free to play. But someday i'd like to try PUBG but again with some more friends i don't know if alone will be that cool. As for the graphics they're totally opposite meaning that Fortnite is quite an animated one and it looks pretty good for it, while the PUBG is more realistic and tactic. I'm in the tactical zone of those games but i developed a spontaneous side for those like Fortnite, except the building stuff, i'm not into it pretty much, i know it's helpful but i just don't like it.
