Frequent EQ bug

I have cutomized the eq settings in my synapse and everytime i disconnect the headphones, restart my computer or sometimes just out of the blue without doing anything i can hear the eq reset itself. The settings doesnt change, but i can tell that the sound isnt right. if i go into the app, to the eq page and then just click on anything it immediatelly snaps into the settings i previously set. I generally have to do this 4-5 times every day and its very annoying. whats the point in having an app with eq settings if it goes back to standard settings all the time. The headset needs eq too because it honestly sounds like youre listening through a can of pringles at standard settings.

to clarify, the settings ive made doesnt change on its own, but the nari ultimates sometimes stop following settings in the app untill i either change profile or change the eq again. It can happen in the middle of a youtube video or when gaming or even during inactivity. The "profiles" tab doesnt change when it stops following the designated eq tab. The headset seems to just ignore the synapse settings.

And no, removing and installing the software has not helped

Edit: the above message is what i tried to report in the "report bug" tab in razer synapse, but it kept telling me i wasnt connected to the internet, but obviously i fcking am right now. i tried to find a way to report bugs on their website, but just like synapse its another fcking mess of hot garbage.
Im so fcking pissed of right now i dont even know if this is the correct place to report bugs I JUST WANT THE EQ TO WORK AFTER STRUGGLING WITH THIS FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW!!!!
every piece of razer hardware ive had is in some way dependant on the software but if the software is as bad as synapse i cant with peace of mind recomend it to anybody. when you pay a premium price for a product you dont expect it to be this unstable and non-userfriendly. i dont even know why i waste my time ranting about this because they wont give 2 fcks on fixing this bug anyways, just like the past year ive had this headset.

sorry for rant but when it seems like they are actively trying to prevent you from reporting game-breaking bugs like this by making it unnecessarily complicated i get so infuriated. k bye
