Fresh Install Windows 10 For Razer Blade 14" 2021

Hi, Razer customer service,

I'm doing a fresh install of Windows 10 Home editor for Razer Blade 14" (2021) RZ09-0370. Windows 10 refuses installation reporting a "no new devices drivers were found" error. More research shows that system recovery is possibly needed. However, I've wiped out the entire hard drive so I don't have any other existing Windows to do recovery. Razer's youtube video (named "how to create and use a system recovery stick") is very helpful but it lacks the information regarding where to download the system recovery file, unfortunately. Could someone from Razer team tell me know how I can proceed? Thank you!

Hi @linkMayaBluepulse264,
You can refer to How to create and use a system recovery stick for the Razer Blade.
However, if system recovery files from Razer Support are not available, skip to step 4 as listed in the page.

You may send PM to @Razer.Speedcr0ss or PM @Razer.Caziel should you need further assistance.

You can contact our Support Team through this link or send me a PM, so I can help you initiate a request for a recovery stick/image.
