Hi, I ordered razer blade 17 2022 from amazon while in armenia. I didn't get and discuss a refund. But I get this email among others:

I'm sorry to hear the part for your Razer Blade 17 Gaming Laptop: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti - 12th Gen Intel 14-Core i7 CPU - 17.3" QHD 240Hz - 16GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB PCIe SSD - Windows 11 was damaged and defective.

Due to health and safety regulations, we're unable to accept returns of this item.

We would highly recommend that you contact the manufacturer for any assistance with warranty, replacement, or refund information.

So generally speaking, if I ever get it and it will be damaged how can I get refund or replacement while in armenia?
