awesome tbh , but is this only for products brought from the razer store
But still with RazerCare Elite u must pay: Low deductibles - $25 for repair and $150 for replacement ??

The free transfer to new owner is a very good idea. Not a lot of companies do that.

5 year warranty for a laptop not bad!!!
Well I hope this extended warranty gets people good service. Just incase any of you haven't seen I had to reach out on Reddit and some behind the scenes people to even get a refund for a laptop. So I'd be careful shelling out extra money to Razer considering their customer support has some of the worst communication I've had to deal with. So maybe Razer should work on getting their quality on customer support up to standard before asking customers for more money? Just my thoughts based on experience.

It covers collisions. I get the drops, spills and falls but what/how is a collision for a piece of hardware?

I'll second the need for massive and rapid improvements to customer support. To be fair, my last dealing with them was quite some time ago but I'll still say that the customer support was horrendous. I'd say it would rank second only to Gigabyte's customer support for how slow, inept, unmotivated to help or incapable of assisting it was. And they are infamous for how bad they are.

Probably recommend this to my brother. He's got a Razer phone and adores it, so it'd be nice for him to have a backup plan if it somehow gets broken.
