Getting my phone

Greetings everyone!

After some waiting and thinking, i finally decided to take the plunge and ordered a razer phone! I am very excited about it, especially since just after i ordered it i got the invite for elder scrolls blades and for some reason it does not look at all like the demo videos they showed on e3 (i think it was e3) on my iphone se - it looks like graphics settings are turned down for iphone se. So i look very much forward to trying it on my new razer phone and looking forward to exploring android!

So are there any tips for razer phone/android newcomers? I used apple phones since they invented them.. :)
Thnxx!

Awesome, thank you!!
After activating the Google feed try dark theme.
Ok so I got most stuff figured out here but please help me out once more:
Is it really true that on android..

.. i can either format an sd card as internal where i can install apps but *not* copy music to or
.. format the sd as removeable so i can copy music to it but not install/move apps there?

Thnxx!!
Apps can be individually placed on internal storage or on the adopted SD card.

SD card portable mode, the only reason for this option, grants storage for just pictures and music files.

And remember the drawback for electing internal/adopted mode is, you'll either see your internal storage or the adopted SD card but not both simultaneously. Have fun.

Thank you! This is where I am most confused and I did not manage to google that on the web in absolute clarity; so this means if I go for adopted mode I will NOT be able to copy music onto my SD card - is that right?

I will use most of the storage on my phone for music for sure - so if this is the case then this means i need to go for portable mode...?

Thank you all for your helpful answers to my questions - as someone who never really used an android phone extensively there are a few things that are not immediatly obvious to me :)

Also - another question:

In order to copy files (music) onto the device, i had to manually install the MTP Extensions from microsoft on my windows 10 and then manually set "USB MTP Device" as driver for the razer phone, otherwise it owuld not find a driver and I could not see the phone as a disk drive on my computer (PTP for pictures did work tough) - is that normal? 🙂

To be honest I haven't implemented that process so I couldn't speak to it.
