So.. it started happening immediately I installed it. How can I solve this?
My pc is on the floor, on a mat made of the same material as chair mats, my floor is carpet. The PC is connected through a power strip that is on the floor.

Have you tried connecting the keyboard to another USB port or computer and check if the behavior persists? Do you know if the power outlet is grounded? By the way, is your PC connected to the power outlet/power extension using a 2-pin or 3pin power plug? Also, is your device directly connected to your PC, or are you using a USB hub? Please send me a photo showing which area from the keyboard do you feel this sensation often via PM. Ensure to zoom in the affected area to identify anomalies such as scratched paint, exposed metal, etc. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM.
