Hi I bought razer seriren on November last year via shopee.I tried to registered this microphone for a warranty in the razer website but it said that my product has already been registered.I would like a help to cancel the registration that I did not do it myself.Could someone help me please?I still have a purchase evidence with me if you wanna check.

The synapse beta does not show the Tartarus Pro as being compatible. Are you updating it to be compatible with the new software? I just purchased one of these as my Tartarus V2 died and I am do not want to have to run two softwares as I also have the naga wireless pro.

The audio quality is so bad. Much worse than the levithan and nommo pro v1 I have previously owned. Not sure if this is the issue, I am trying to change the sound format (It’ currently at 16bit 48k HZ DVD Quaility) but it’s greyed out and doesn’t let me.

Hello, I always used my Barracuda X Headset with the type-c dongle and never had problems so far. Out of the blue problems began. Suddenly the headset does not always autiomatically connect after startup, I often have to remove and plugin again the doingle. When there is no audio output I hear a cracking noise and after a few seconds the headset simply shuts off. But not with the voice confirmation, it suddenly turnes off. I tested it in bluetooth-mode and did not experience such problems there, but it was only a short test. I tried reinstalling the device, updating the firmware, checking audio-drivers but did not manage to get rid of this problem. As far as Ive seen there were no automatic updates or anything like this before the problems occured the first time. I upgraded to Windows 11 but this was a few days before. Is the dongle propably defect? I did not have the chance to test it on another device yet. Thanks for any help.
We contacted the seller "Space Station" in Shopee. It takes a lot of time for them to respond or give a feedback. We've already reported that the Dongle is really dead and not working, (All good except for the Dongle) (Razer Viper V2 Pro) I really miss playing with my Viper V2 Pro

Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help
