Guest Login... Hello there! screen... ??

Ok, so... profile stuff seems to be always broken, I have a huntsman mini and a tart pro.. Basic colors just rotating around default like, and I keybind all of 5 buttons.. and the stupid Synapse 3 forgets how to login, which then nukes my keybinds. I reinstalled software, nuked all files, nuked all drivers, reinstalled drivers, etc.. worked after a day or so of messing with it for... 3 days, then... logs in.. logs me out, logs in.. logs me out, Synapse won't open.

I see people mention using Guest login.. I hit continue as guest.. I get a Hello there! screen with some terms of service.... My options are, Connect using razer ID and View all the Razer ID beneifts.. no accept, continue, or anything.. and then it just pops me back to the login page.. ???

Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Please wait for another Windows asking if you want to continue as a Guest user account. Once you select the guest account, the avatar at the upper-right corner should be a black question mark. Please refer to the screenshot below:



Regarding the Razer Synapse behavior that is not saving your profile, please repair your Razer Synapse 3.0 by following the steps below:

1. Right-click the Start button.
2. Select Apps and Features.
3. Search for Razer.
4. Select Synapse.
5. Choose uninstall.
6. "Uninstall" again.
7. Wait for the Razer menu to open, then select "Repair".
8. Wait for the repairing process to finish and restart once it prompts you.
9. Central services will request you to log in, then launch Razer Synapse.
